CAPOC Survey

The consultation phase of the closure program has ended but we do not intend to go away. We intend to monitor the following after-effects of the closure programme, particularly where they affect vulnerable groups such as the elderly, carers and parents with young children.

• Increased queuing at the remaining Post Offices
• Closure of town and village shops following the closure of the Post office counter
• The stability and viability of the remaining network
• The 'stealth' closure of further post offices
